Cueros Vélez is a leading designer, manufacturer and retailer of high end leather goods in the footwear, garments and accessories segments through its network of over 200 stores in Colombia and neighbouring Latin America countries. Working with our local partners at Vatic Consulting and SDI Colombia we completed a much needed review of Vélez’s supply chain network. The supply chain design study identified an alternate configuration that better reflects the expected growth of the business over the next decade.
