A few months ago we were invited by Southern Business Advisory (our regional consulting partner in Argentina) to work with them on a new project at Correo Argentino, Argentina’s national post and parcel service.
Becoming the leading national postal, parcel and logistics service provider is Correo Argentino’s main strategic objective. Southern Business Advisory was commissioned to conduct a study to design the future logistics network and operating mode needed to support this strategy.
Technologix’s role in this fascinating project is to model this massive network of over 1,500 branch locations and 24+ operating nodes. We are in the process or doing so with the help of Opti-Net™, our supply chain modelling and optimization platform.
